Braces without the wires

I had braces myself and know only too well the difficulties patients can face during orthodontic treatment. That’s why I’m so pleased to offer Invisalign treatment here in Glasgow. Instead of traditional metal wires, this treatment uses clear plastic retainers which are almost invisible and are removed for eating. Obviously this means patients feel much less self-conscious about their appearance but for me as a dentist another huge advantage is that Invisalign makes it so much easier for patients to keep up their dental hygiene. Patients have to be very careful to keep traditional wires and retainers clean and some foods have to be ruled out altogether  – not with Invisalign!
